Environment

We are reducing our own impact and working with our suppliers to reduce that of the products we import through the supply chain.

Environmental Targets:
  • Our EMS will be ISO 14001 certified by 2025.
  • Electric Car Scheme – all the sales team to be on electric car scheme by 2025.
  • To be using 100% renewable energy by 2025.
  • By the end of 2025 all of our significant suppliers will have an environmental or social certification.
  • By the end of 2025, 80% of our portfolio’s glass bottles, and cartons, will have +50% recycled content.

Customers

Our relationship with our customers is based on honesty, openness and fairness. As a wine distributor, the service we offer our customers must be first rate and consistent.

In 2023 maintain a customer satisfaction score of >8/10

Workers

We are committed to providing a healthy and safe environment to work in. The health, happiness, and well-being of our employees are central to our success as a business.

Worker Target:
In 2023 maintain a worker satisfaction score of >4.5/5

Community

Our aim is to make a positive contribution to the wider society we operate in and manage our impact on our local environment.

Community Target:
In 2023 the time donated for Community and Charity projects is 0.1% of total hours worked and >80% of the workforce to be involved.
