Albury Organic Vineyard on the BBC...

If you have missed the feature on the great Albury Organic Vineyard on Countryfile recently, you can catch it there: (45:15mins in). Vineyards Manager Alex Valsecchi  explains why she thinks it is better to farm using  biodynamic and organic methods.

Created 10 years ago, the estate has quickly become a force to beckon with on the English wine scene. Its limited productions have caught the press and the fine dining restaurants' attention and regularly sell out as soon as released.

Nestled in the heart of the Surrey Hills, Albury Organic Vineyard is the brain child of Nick Wenman. The retired IT Director planted the vineyard in 2009 and  is a strong believer in organic and biodynamic principles. He has always thought they are essential in producing the best quality of wine. Working very hard with his close knit team, Alex the Vineyard Manager, Dominic and Matthieu, the winemaker, Nick has created a fantastic high quality range: a still rosé and premium sparkling wines..
