Feedback from stakeholders is vital to our continual improvement. As a company committed to championing better business in wine distribution, we actively seek this input. 

One way we do this is through our annual Supplier Satisfaction Survey, which allows our suppliers to share what we’re doing well and suggest ways we could better collaborate towards our shared goals.

This year’s survey results showed a 4.8% increase in average scores compared to last year, reflecting the strong partnerships we’ve built at North South Wines and the strides we’ve taken to enhance our service to suppliers. 

We’ve invested in expanding our buying and supplier liaison team, refining our marketing offer and strategy, and increasing direct contact with our customers through tastings, winery visits, and our 10-year anniversary portfolio tasting. This has led to a fantastic set of scores and some wonderful comments.

North South Wines is what it is because of our supply base; we carefully select family-run, sustainable, purpose-led businesses to be part of the North South Wines supplier family. It’s so gratifying to see these partnerships flourish. While there’s always more to achieve, our commitment to continuous improvement never wavers.
